Where can I find my Order ID or AWB number?

Your Order ID is mentioned in your order confirmation message. Your AWB number is shared once your order is dispatched.

Why is my tracking status not updating?

Tracking may take a few hours to update after your parcel is handed over to the courier partner.

My shipment is delayed. What should I do?

Courier delays can occasionally happen. Contact us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and our support team will check the shipment status.

Can I track my order before it is shipped?

Tracking becomes available after the courier AWB is generated and your order is dispatched.
