Return & Exchange Policy – The Lwals

We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Product must be unused and unwashed

• Original tags and packaging should be intact

Return Shipping:

• A flat ₹150 return pickup fee will be deducted

Exchange:

• Size exchange is available for the same product

• Exchange will be processed once the original product is picked up

How to Request Return/Exchange:

• Simply contact us on WhatsApp with your Order ID

• Our team will arrange pickup within 24–48 hours

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed after quality check

• Amount will be refunded to original payment method (or store credit for COD orders)

Non-returnable Items:

• Used or damaged products

• Products without original packaging
